Position title: Admin Assistant
Location: Reach contact center premises-Ramallah
Type of contract: Limited Contract
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in the field of Management/ Business administration
2. High computer skills and reports writing
3. Multitasking and flexibility
4. Excellent English language skills: Writing, Reading, and Speaking
5. High organization skills
Responsibilities:
1. Following all the office work of printing , organizing files and emails for the GM
2. Answer and direct phone calls
3. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
4. Receive and send emails
5. Order office supplies
6. Welcoming visitors
7. Any other tasks that may relate to the position
