Ensure information is up to date on brand websites and social media channels with special offers, events, images etc. in all available languages.
•Take ownership of enterprise and proprietary Content Management Systems within the Group to ensure best practices for updates are maintained.
•Establish e-marketing calendar to deliver online campaigns and promotions.
•Define online media plan in coordination
•Monitor effectiveness of online campaigns through detailed analysis of reports and recommending changes to ongoing campaigns as required.
•Assist with the delivery of email marketing creatives and monitor the dispatch process.
•Monitor and manage the online reputation of all brands on consumer generated content websites, including monitoring platforms outside working hours
•Maintain the social media presence on all the sites from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, You tube to snapchat for all and interactive messages.
Effectiveness in replaying to massages from all audience on the social media channels.
•Set up reporting system to analyze daily, weekly and monthly website statistics and social media engagement statistics. Set necessary actions and execute accordingly.
•Online support for all Marketing & PR activities within the business units
•Participate in online workshops, conferences and networking opportunities to keep abreast with trends within the online field.
Skills
•Familiar and high level of expertise with social media websites
•Previous experience in a marketing role handling social media and email marketing and website updates.
