The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is an independent, neutral organization ensuring humanitarian protection and assistance for victims of war and armed violence. It takes action in response to emergencies and at the same time promotes respect for international humanitarian law and its implementation in national law.
The ICRC is looking for consulting services for the “Study of rain water re-use for irrigation in Al Qarrara & Wadi Al Salqa”. The consultant will have to provide a comprehensive study that will propose recommendations on actionable set of technical options/projects to collect and store rain water.
ICRC invites interested Consultants to apply to call for Proposal of Consultancy services according to Terms of references in CFP on the website attached. Interested consultants should follow below conditions:
- Proven experience in similar studies (at least 2 – certificates to be provided)
- Expertise in hydrogeology study (minimum 3-5 years experience) - Expertise in rainwater infrastructures design (minimum 3-5 years experience)
- Proven capacity to produce high quality research and ability to absorb, analyze and synthetize large amounts of complex information and report in English
- Good knowledge of the Gaza context and its farming communities.
