Mapping Study of Existing Microcredit Institutions and their Gender - Responsiveness Agricultural Development Association ( PARC ) is soliciting consultancy services to implement Incubators ' Gender Assessment through the project ( Women and Youth Empowerment , Entrepreneurship and Employment in the West Bank and Gaza Strip ) . The project is funded by Global Affairs of Canada ( GAC ) , and implemented by Save the Children ( SC ) in partnership with MAAN development center and ( PARC ) and implemented in West Bank & Gaza . The bid will be submitted by closed and sealed envelope , according to the following conditions : 1 . The applicant should have previous experience in similar consultancy work . 2 . In order to obtain the quotation and request documents the contractor must pro
vide a copy of his registration certificate , and certificate of deduction from the
valid source . 3 . The consultant must provide a bid guarantee of 5 % of the total value of the
tender , with a valid bank guarantee for a period not less than ( 60 ) days , or a bank
check certified by the name for Agricultural Development Association . 4 . Agricultural development association is not obliged to accept the lowest prices
and has the right to postpone , cancel , extend or split the bid without explana
tion . 5 . Individuals and companies are eligible to participate in this bid , 6 . Eligible contractor can obtain quotation request documents from Agricultural
Development Association offices in Ramallah starting from Sunday , 12 March 2019 . 08 : 00am . Office hours are from 8 : 00am until 04 : 00pm - Sunday to Thurs
day . 7 . Eligible contractors are invited to attend a clarification meeting on Sunday , 17th
March 2019 at 10 : 00 am at Agricultural Development Association offices in
Ramallah 8 . Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope at Agri
cultural Development Association - RAMALLAH no later than Monday , 25th
