Request for Expressions of Interest for Sale of Used
Office Furniture and Equipment

AECOM Technical Services is requesting Expressions of Interest for the sale of used office furniture , ICT equipment , and other miscellaneous items . The items include the following broad categories of items :
General furniture items such as desks , cabinets , chairs ;

ICT equipment , including photocopiers , computers and telephones .

Miscellaneous items

The items are to be sold in bulk lots of similar items . Companies / individuals interested in participating in the procurement of the items above must submit an Expression of Interest containing the following information :
Name of Company or Individual ; Authorized representative ; Contact information including company physical ad dress , telephone number and e - mail address .

To be eligible for further consideration , Expressions of interest must be submitted no later than 4 : 00 PM 28 March 2019 to the below e - mail :
sales @ wbg - aes . com Companies / Individuals submitting compliant expressions of interest will be contacted and notified of a date and location for viewing the available items . Information regarding bid format ; bid submittal location and deadline ; and obligations of the successful bidder will also be provided during a pre - bid meeting .
