The Ministry of Local Government in Palestine ( MOLG ) has received grant from the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium toward the cost of the Local Government Reform and Development Program ( LGRDP II ) . The Belgian Technical Cooperation ( Enabel ) is entrusted in execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of this grant for the benefit of Ministry of Local Government under the contract of “ Providing Ministry of Local Government with Archiving System "

1 . Enabel / LGRDP II now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for
carrying out “ Providing Ministry of Local Government with Archiving System " Bidding will be conducted through the negotiation procedure specified in the Belgian Public Procurement Guide and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries , as defined in the Bidding Documents . Qualifications requirements are presented in the Biding Documents . Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Enabel / LGRDP II , Tel . : 022421138 , Fax : 022421138 . Bidders can inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM from 20 / 03 / 20119 to 02 / 04 / 2019 . A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be received by interested from the address mentioned below . The Bidding Documents will be available for collection at Eanbel / LGRDP II premises
in Ramallah . 7 . An introductory meeting will take place at “ Ministry of Local Government ” – MOLG
at 31 / 03 / 2019 at 10 : 00 , ( address mentioned in the bidding documents ) . This bid is VAT excluded bidders to price without VAT . Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 after Bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of ( 2 , 500 ) Euro . The Bid Security should be valid for 118 ( 90 + 28 ) days
after the bid submission deadline date . 10 . Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 01 : 00 noon on Thursday
11 / 04 / 2019 . Electronic bidding shall not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids
