Date : 07 April 2019 In the context of their digitalization , the Palestine Deposit Insurance Corporation PDIC requires the development of software to support their operations in risk management and payout ; financed by German Finan cial Cooperation with the Palestinian Territories through Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau ( KfW ) . To this end , PDIC calls for expression of interest of all software companies . To be eligible for selection a company must comply with the following criteria :
The company must have an economic presence in Palestine ; The company must have staff speaking Arabic to provide support and lead the project . The company must have experience in developing software in the field of banking and / or insurance Certified statement of financial capacity of the consultant showing
the necessary average turnover of more than EUR 250 . 000 Participation is open to all legal or natural persons . Participation is also open to international organizations . There are no nationality restrictions . The expression of interest document will be made available on upon re quest by Mr .
