1 . The Joint Service Council for Solid Waste Management for Hebron &
Bethlehem Governorates ( JSC - H & B ) , invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Operation and Management of Three Solid Waste Transfer Stations - Hebron , Tarqomia & Yatta , under tender reference No . : 2 / 2019 .

2 . All qualified contractors are invited to participate . Tender documents are
available at office of the ( JSC - H & B ) during official working hours ( 8 : 30 2 : 00 ) for value of USD 300 non - refundable , starting from 15 of April 2019 .

3 . All tenders must be submitted to Joint Service Council for Solid Waste
Management of Hebron and Bethlehem designated Office at the address below , no later than Sunday 19 May 2019 at 12 : 00 noon at :

1 . The primary meeting and site visit will be held @ 10 : 00 am on Monday
29 April , 2019 at Hebron Transfer Station . 2 . Tender Opening Session will be held in public on Sunday 19 May 2012
at 12 00 noon at Al - Menyia Landfill , administration building . 3 . Tender evaluation will be private . 4 . All Contractors will be notified in writing about Tender outcomes . 5 . The successful Contractor will bear the cost of advertising . 6 . As written in the Tender , ( JSC - H & B ) will not be forced to choose the
cheapest / lowest offer . 7 . Offered prices must be submitted in New Israeli Shekels & including
VAT . 8 . All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of NIS 20 , 000 ( Twenty
Thousand Shekels ) valid for 118 days . 9 . The Offer shall be valid for : 90 days after the dead line for bid submission
specified in the bidding data .
