Project Name : Infiltration Basins Rehabilitation Project at North Gaza Emergency Sewage Treatment plant ( NGEST ) IFB Nº : AfD 1 / 2019 The Palestinian Waster Authority ( PWA ) has received funds from the Agence Française de Développe ment ( the French Development Agency ) towards the cost of Infiltration Basins Rehabilitation Project at North Gaza Emergency Sewage Treatment plant ( NGEST ) . It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Infiltration Basins Rehabilitation Project at North Gaza Emergency Sewage Treatment plant ( NGEST )
The Palestinian Waster Authority ( PWA ) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Infiltra tion Basins Rehabilitation Project at North Gaza Emergency Sewage Treatment plant ( NGEST ) ( “ the Works " ) . Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding docu
ments at the office of PWA as mentioned below : Al Wehda Street - in front of ministry of health Shaath building ( Shaath pharmacy ) , 4th flour . A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non - refundable fee 100 USD or any equivalent amount in any convertible currency . The documents may be collected from the address mentioned below or will be sent by mail or courier at the recipient ' s expense ( pre - payment to the address listed on the written applica tion mentioned above . 3 . A site visit will take place on 8 May 2019 at immediately after a pre - bid meeting , which will take
place at the office Palestinian Water Authority , Projects Management Directorate . Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in both . Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 12 : 00 noon on 23 May 2019 and must be accompanied by a security of 15000Euro . Late bids will be rejected ; bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend at 12 : 00 noon on 23 May 2019 immediately after the deadline for the submission
