Call for Proposals Process reengineering reform for the Palestinian Ministry of
National Economy ( MONE ) Background : The Private Sector Development Program ( PSDP ) , implemented by GIZ in the Palestinian Territories and funded by the German Ministry of Economic Coopera tion and Development ( BMZ ) , aims to strengthen the economic development in the Palestinian Territories and to improve the competitiveness of Palestinian busi nesses with a special focus on SME ( small - to - medium enterprise ) The program aims to enhance support structures for SMEs by contributing to capacity develop ment in the Ministry of National Economy and within the formal economy . The Palestinian Ministry of National Economy ( MONE ) is rapidly evolving to wards new working practices as the environment around us changes . The MONE are being challenged to continue the support we offer our clients but do it more efficiently and ensure value for money . The aim is to do this by continuing to suc cessfully deliver new and improved services across the Ministry ' s business lines , and further developing the transactional services through assessing the MONE service channels to see which level is required for each client type . Assignment : To this end , GIZ - PSDP wishes to contract a consulting company to enhance the client interaction and service provision framework at three regional directorates to be identified by MONE team through establishing a more efficient process to help MoNE to carrying - out day to day activities as well as developing a performance management system agreed upon by the MoNE staff . GIZ - PSDP is calling all interested consulting firms to submit their bids to carry out the assignment . Qualified Firms are hereby invited to submit their quotations for the provision of the listed specified items .
