Invitation for Prequalification Translation and Interpretation Services
State of Palestine Resilient Land and Resource Management Project ( RELAP ) IFAD Grant no . : 2000002327 OFID Grant no . : 2000002328 Assignment Title : Translation and Interpretation Services Reference No . C10 - RELAP - 2019 The Palestinian Authority has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development ( IFAD ) and OPEC Fund for International Development ( OFID ) toward the cost of the RELAP , and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the contract ( s ) for translation and interpretation services . The Ministry of Agriculture intends to prequalify translation firms to provide ( 1 ) Simultaneous or consecutive interpretation services from Arabic to English or vice versa during meeting , workshops , conferences , trainings , field visits and discussions ( 2 ) Translation of documents , reports , presentations , manuals and studies from Arabic to English or vice versa ( 3 ) Proofreading including editing , check and correct for English to Arabic translation work and vice versa . Invitations to Bid will be called upon as and when required by the Ministry ( sometime on short notice ) . For every on - call engagement , the Ministry will prepare a request for quotation with a clear work deliverables and timeline for each engagement for specific pieces of interpretation / translation work based on the project needs . Interested eligible translation firms may obtain further information about evaluation criteria , the team composition and qualification requirements for the key experts and inspect the detailed terms of reference ( TOR ) at the address given below via email . Applications for prequalification should be submitted in sealed envelopes , delivered by hand to the address below by July 16 , 2019 @ 10 : 00 am , and be clearly marked " Application to Prequalify for Translation and Interpretation Services " .
