RFB Reference No . : MDPIIICI - 2 . 1 . 1 . D6 1 . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) has received financing from the PA toward the cost of the
Municipal Development Program Phase III , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the
contract for " Hardware Supply and Installation for Financial Packages - West Bank ” . 2 . The MDLF now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders to Supply and Install Hardware for Financial Packages in the West Bank . " The bid is comprised of the following Three lots :
Lot No . 1 : Supply of Servers , Firewalls , and 6 KVA UPS ' s . Ref No . : 2 . 1 . 1 . D6 - A Lot No . 2 : Supply of Cabinets , switches , and KVM ' s Ref No . : 2 . 1 . 1 . D6 - B Lot No . 3 : Supply of Desktop Computers , MFP Printers , and NAS Storage . Ref No . 2 . 1 . 1 . D6 - C Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank ' s " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " , January 2017 ( * * Procurement Regulations " ) ,

the address given below between 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM from 17 / 07 / 2019 to 18 / 08 / 2019 . 5 . A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from MDLF upon
payment of a non - refundable fee of 100 Euro . The method of payment will be direct deposit to account number
174434 TNB / Masyoun branch . 6 . The Bidding Documents will be available for collection at MDLF premises in Ramallah . 7 . Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid closing . All bids must be
accompanied by a bid security of : 3 , 000 Euro for Lot No . 1 5 , 00 Euro for Lot No . 2 3 , 000 Euro for Lot No . 3
or an equivalent amount in freely convertible currency . The Bid Securities should be valid for 118 days after the
bid submission deadline date . 8 . Grant is VAT included ; bidders to price with VAT . 9 . Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12 : 00 noon of 19 / 08 / 2019 ( local time ) . Electronic
