The Applied Research Institute - Jerusalem ( ARIJ ) , a Palestinian Non Governmental Organization , is implementing the project entitled " Promote wastewater treatment and reuse in the water scarce areas of the Middle East and North Africa through development and demonstration of innovative fi nancial instruments and inclusive management plans " , the project is funded by the European Union under the Programme Sustainable Water Integrated Management programme ( SWIM ) - Phase II Demonstration projects . ARIJ intends to award a supply contract to Supply , Deliver and Install of a Corrugated Galvanized Steel Metallic Water Reservoir of 800 Cubic Me ters volume Including All Needed Supplies and Works to have it Totally Working and Running Successfully ( turnkey task ) . For this purpose , the interested companies should submit Technical and Fi nancial Offers for carrying out the scope of the work in sealed and stamped envelopes , as well as softcopy including designs and drawings , and bills of quantities . The offer should comply with the conditions of this assignment as described below .
