Date : ( of issue of invitation ] 14 / 07 / 2019 Contract Identification No : Supply of Supply and Delivery of Food Processing Equipment ' s The Ministry of Education ( MOE ) has received a grant of €10M from the Federal Republic of Germany through KfW for modemizing Technical and Vocational Education . The MOE intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under the contract for the supply of Food Processing Tender
1 . Under bid No . MOE / TVET / 2019 / 090 The grants from the Federal Republic of Germany through KfW shall be exclusively applied to the financing of expenditures , with Zero Value Added Tax , i . e . Zero VAT ) and imported goods are exempted from Custom import duties . 2 . The Ministry of Education MOE and for the benefit of the Vocational Schools and Technical Colleges pertaining to Ministry of Education now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Food Processing Tender for the institution listed and included within this tender document
3 . A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders for payment of a non refundable fee of " €100 » per copy to be paid by only a bank transfer exclusively from the bidder ' s account no later than 182019 / 08 / ( No Cash deposit will be accepted ) to the following account and should be deposited ( RECEIVED ) at the account no later than 18 / 08 / 2019 Special account of the MOE - Bidding Fees no . ( 143747 ) at Quds Bank IBAN PS44ALDN040201437470430010002 The bidder is responsible for the effective crediting of the fee in the project account at Quds Bank .
The tender Documents can be obtained from the Ministry of Education , Procurement Department , Main Building - Second Floor , Room No 223 after 4 days from transfer . Only the bids for whom bank transfers received and successfully deposited at the above account will be accepted and considered in the bid evaluation process upon the list provided by Quds Bank . 4 . Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information only in writing from the Procurement Department at Ministry of Education 5 . Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 02 : 00 ) noon of 25 / 08 / 2019 . All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 3 % of the bid price and is valid for 180 days from the last date for submission of bids . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend at the address stated in the BDS at 11 : 00 a . m . on 26 / 08 / 2019 . 6 . Suppliers must commitment to the sponsorship form attached to the tender page 45 and any supplier who does not comply with the attached form shall be excluded .
7 . The bidders should indicate the name and the bid number in the transfer . The bidder should enclose the transfer receipt within the submitted bid 8 .
