Objective of the assignment : to recruit a consultancy company / person to de velop a marketing plan and policies to help revitalize the Star Street throughout the whole year Scope of Work : the scope of work will include :

Inception Phase

Literature Review and Assessment

Drafting the plan and policies

Finalizing the plan and policies Essential Required Qualifications : Bethlehem Municipality invites the eligible qualified consultants to submit their expression of interests providing information indicating their qualifications , experience especially in tourism industry and ap propriate skills to perform the service .
The consultants shall be selected through comparison of qualifications of those who have expressed their interest in this assignment .

The short listing criteria is ; description of previous similar assignments , experi ence in similar context and conditions , availability of appropriate skills .

Consultant will be selected in accordance with the selection based on Quality Cost Based Selection ( QCBS )
