The United Nations Children ' s Fund ( UNICEF ) in the state of Palestine , wishes to invite potential national research institutions and / or consultancy firms for consultancy service to :

Conduct Needs Assessment and MEAL Baseline for the education can not wait ( ECW ) Multi - Year resilience programme ( MYRP ) for the state of Palestine ( 2019 - 2021 ) . The assessment will cover 106 schools in the West Bank and 80 Schools in Gaza . As stated in the terms and conditions of the LRPS - 2019 - 9151098 and the detailed Terms of Reference ( TOR ) ( Annex B to the LRPS ) National research institutions and / or consultancy firms with relevant expe rience interested in offering their services are kindly invited to review the Request for Proposal and ToR at : https : / / www . unicef . org / sop / tenders And shall submit their complete technical and financial proposals , together with the company profile & CVs of professional staff , to the attention of the BID SECTION at : UNICEF Office , Beit Hanina , Jerusalem . By the closing date of 26 August 2019
