Established in France in 1979 , Action Against Hunger is a nongovernmental , non - politi cal , non - religious , non - profit organization . Action Against Hunger has been working in the Palestinian Territory since 2002 Action Against Hunger , through a project entitled : " PRO MOTING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR YOUNG WOMEN IN HEBRON AND BETHLEHEM " : funded by Fundación NOUS CIMS . This Consultancy will last for a period of 120 days and will be based in South of West Bank ( Hebron and Bethlehem Governorates ) . The consultancy firm OR consultant should submit their quotation in a sealed envelope no later than Tuesday 20th of August 2019 at 14 : 00 pm ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) with a total of 5 % of the offer as bank guarantee valid for 150 calendar days starting from the date of sub mission ; personal cheques will not be accepted .
