1 . The Palestine Liberation Organization for the benefit of the Palestinian Authority has received financing
from the World Bank toward the cost of the Electricity Sector Performance Improvement Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply of Smart Meters for Electricity Distribution Companies EDISCOs in West Bank and Gaza , including advanced Metering Infrastructure ( AMI ) comprising communication devices , software ( MDMS ) and a Metering Control
Center ( MCC ) 2 . The Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) now invites sealed Bids from eligible
Bidders for Supply of Smart Meters , including advanced Metering Infrastructure ( AMI ) comprising communication devices , software ( MDMS ) and a Metering Control Center ( MCC ) for EDISCOs in
West Bank and Gaza . 3 . Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for
Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank ' s " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " 2016 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement
Regulations . 4 . Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Palestinian Energy and Natural
Resources Authority ( PENRA ) , Procurement Officer , email : procurement @ menzorg and inspect the
bidding document during office hours 8 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm at the address given below . 5 . The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission
of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 US $ . The
