The Palestinian Government has received a grant from the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium towards the cost of " Support to Local Government Reform and Development Programme Phase Two " ( LGRDPII ) . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is the implementation agency for result 4 of the programme . The MDLF intends to use part of the grant for the benefit of First Council for Common Services to eligible payments under the contract for : Supplying of Aerial Platform Utility Vehicle - Model 2019 . Contract No LGRDPII - AIJA - 04 - 05 PZA490 1 . First council of common services - AL Fundq now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supplying
of Aerial Platform Utility Vehicle - Model 2019 . 2 . Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as
specified in the World Bank ' s " Procurement Regulations . For IPF Borrowers " , July 2019 ( Procurement
Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 3 . Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from First Council For Common Services - AL

will be available at First Council For Common Services - AL Fundq . 5 . Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12 : 00 noon of 19 / 09 / 2019 . Electronic Bidding
will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 12 : 00 noon
of 19 / 09 / 2019 . 6 . Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security
