The Ministry of finance and planning has applied for a financing from the French Development Agency ( AFD ) and the European union for the benefit of the Joint Service Council of Jenin Western Villages for water and waste water ( JSCJWV ) and Tubas - Joint Water and Sanitation Services Council under the umbrella of Palestinian Water Authority , and intends to use part of the funds thereof for payments under the following project : ( ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY STUDY AND SUPERVISION ( WIND MEASUREMENT AND STYUDY , WIND AND SOLAR ENERGY FEASIBLITY STUDY SUPPORT TO THE PROCUREMENT PROCESS , WORKS SUPERVISION ) The objective of the JSCs is to cover as far as possible the energy needs of the water and waste water services with renewable energy in order to reduce electricity costs and CO2 emissions . The Services of the consultant shall consist of ( Engineering Services for Renewable Energy Study and Supervision ( Wind Measurement And Styudy , Wind And Solar Energy Feasiblity Study , Support To The Procurement Process , Works Supervision ) The JSCJWV hereby invites consultants to show their interest in delivering the Services described above . The implementation period is 15 months . The central Tendering Department ( CTD ) now invites eligible consultants ( « Consulting Firms « ) to indicate their interest in providing the Services . Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services . Among the submitted applications , amaximum of 6 consultants will be short listed , to whom the Request for Proposals to carry out the services shall be sent .
