1 . The Palestine Liberation Organization for the benefit of the Palestinian Authority has received fi
nancing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Electricity Sector Performance Improvement Project ( ESPIP ) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE REHABITATION OF PETL ' S CONNECTION POINTS for PETL ( ESPIP - PETL - 01 / 2019 ) The Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE REHABITATION OF PETL ' S CONNEC
TION POINTS 3 . Bidding will be conducted International competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB )
as specified in the World Bank ' s " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " published in July , 2016 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procure
ment Regulations . 4 . Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Palestinian Energy and Natural Re
sources Authority ( PENRA ) , Procurement Officer , Email : procurement @ menr . org and inspect the
bidding document during office hours 8 : 00 a . m . - 3 : 00 p . m . local time at the address given below . 5 . The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of
a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 USD .
