Request for expression of Interest | Consultancy services Tender No . 42 / 2019 Assignment Title : Consultancy Services to prepare Marketing Policies and Plan For the purpose of Revitalize and Bring Back to life the Star Street - Old Core Town / Bethlehem / Palestine Objective of the assignment : to recruit a consultancy company / person to develop a marketing plan and policies to help revitalize the Star Street throughout the whole year Scope of Work : the scope of work will include :
Inception Phase Literature Review and Assessment Drafting the plan and policies
Finalizing the plan and policies Essential Required Qualifications : Bethlehem Municipality invites the eligi ble qualified consultants to submit their expression of interests providing infor mation indicating their qualifications , experience especially in tourism industry and appropriate skills to perform the service .
The consultants shall be selected through comparison of qualifications of those who have expressed their interest in this assignment .
The short listing criteria is ; description of previous similar assignments , expe rience in similar context and conditions , availability of appropriate skills .
Consultant will be selected in accordance with the selection based on Quality Cost Based Selection ( QCBS )
