Reference Number : PL - APEFE , 2 / 2019 Bethlehem Arab Society for Rehabilitation ( BASR ) is a non - profit non - government organization that is nationally recognized for the comprehensive medical and rehabilitation services it renders to beneficiaries from different parts of Palestine , particularly those with disabilities regardless of their gender , age , religion or social class .

BASR has worked progressively upon its commitment to enhancing the overall quality of life of persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups , inspired by its mission for their total inclusion into all aspects of community life . Since its inception , BASR has diligently developed innovative programs and services that meet the emerging needs of the Palestinian community . As part of a five years project in partnership with the Association pour la Promotion de l ' Education et de la Formation à l ' Etranger ( APEFE ) , BASR is currently seeking to conduct renovations for the homes of persons with disabilities and the public premises in the targeted local communities to improve accessibility measures which in turn will enhance their inclusion . For this purpose , BASR invites eligible and qualified general construction companies to submit their tenders for a period of three years ( 2019 - 2021 ) .

Tender documents can be obtained from the Procurement Department at BASR , Beit Jala - Cremsian St , from 4 / 09 / 2019 to 9 / 09 / 2019 or through this link basr . org / rft , bid fees is 300 NIS have to be paid when buying the bid .

The tenders must only be submitted in a hand - sealed envelope to the Procurement Department no later than September 16 , 2019 , at 12 : 00 pm . Electronic bids not permitted and late bids will be rejected . Please note that the procurement department operates Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 a . m to 3 : 00 p . m .
