Municipality of Abasan Al Jadida now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Completion of Storm Water Drainage System and Paving of Road No . 5 . 1 . Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procure
ment using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank ' s " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " July 2016 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Municipality of Abasan Al Jadida , Financial Department , Mr . Tarek Abu Reida , Fax : ( 08 - 2073199 ) , Tel : ( 08 - 2071099 ) , and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8 : 00 A . M . to 01 : 00 P . M . from September 09 , 2019 to October 09 , 2019 at the address given below . The submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 Dollar ( $ ) . The method of payment will be in a Cashier ' s Check or Direct deposit to Abasan Al Jadeda Municipality , account number ( 50140 ) in Bank of Pales tine , Khan Younis Branch . Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before October 09 , 2019 - 12 : 00 noon . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on October 09 , 2019 - 12 : 00 noon . All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 7 , 000 USD ( $ ) and shall be valid for 118 days after bid closing date . Grant is VAT included , bidders to price with VAT .
