OPT - 19 / SNFI / 12310 / LOT01 WE WORLD - GVC invites to tender for the " SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION OF DIGNITY KITS " . in the frame of the project " COORDINATED PREPOSITION OF LIFE SAVING NON - FOOD ITEMS AND SHELTER MATERIALS FOR HOST COMMUNITY EMERGENCY RESPONSES IN THE GAZA STRIP " . funded by HF - OPT and implemented by MA ' AN Development Center and in partnership with WEWORLD - GVC .
This invitation is an integral part of the tender dossier and must be stamped and submitted with tender documents ; Tenderers should submit the tax and company registration ; Tenderer should submit a tender guarantee with total amount of 10 % of the amount of the tender valid for 90 days from the closing date , only in the form of a bank guarantee or a certified bank cheque ; Price must exclude VAT , and the tenderer should submit VAT - Excluded invoices ; Prices must be in United States Dollars ( USD ) ; Prices shall be valid for 120 days from the tender submission date ; Tenders evaluation committee is not obligated to accept the lowest price without giving any justifications ; Tender evaluation committee has the right to extend or eliminate or relaunch the tender without giving any justifications and without reimbursing the tenderers ; Costs incurred by the tenderer in preparing and submitting the tenders
