INVITATION TO QUOTATION

Action Against Hunger tackles the causes and effects of hunger and diseases that threaten the lives of vulnerable children , women and men . Established in France in 1979 , Action Against Hunger is a nongovernmental , non - political , non - religious , non - profit organization . Action Against Hunger has been working in the Palestinian Territory since 2002 . Action Against Hunger in partnership with Hebron Rehabili tation Committee through a fund from United Nations Children ' s Fund - UNICEF ( Publication Reference : PI - HB - 01176 ) , would like to invite eligible contractors to submit their price offers for Construction / rehabilitation of latrines for people with disabilities in H2 area in Hebron , according to the following conditions : • Eligible contractor should be registered with the VAT and customs department
and has the ability to provide Zero VAT invoice to Action Against Hunger with their VAT Number registration and financial clearance certificate . Eligible contractor can obtain quotation request documents from Action Against Hunger - Hebron office - Hebron University Street , Bilal Maraqa Building 4th floor - starting from Thursday , September 19th , 2019 at 12 : 00 pm ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) . The last day to distribute quotation requests docu ments is on Thursday , 26th September 2019 at 12 : 00 ( local time of the Pal estinian Territory ) , Office hours are from 8 : 00am until 16 : 00pm - Sunday to Thursday A clarification meeting will be considered one of the scoring criteria stated in the quotation request page No . 4 , whereas it will be held on Tuesday 24th of Sep tember 2019 at Action Against Hunger Hebron office , Hebron University Street , Bilal Maraqa , 4th floor at 9 : 00 am ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) Interested contractors on the aforementioned quotation should provide Action Against Hunger with all requested documents before having the quotation dos sier . Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope no later than Sunday 29th September 2019 at 11 : 00 am ( local time of the Palestinian Ter ritory ) attached with a total of 5 % of their offers attached as bank guarantee valid attached with for 90 calendar days starting from the date of submission ; personal cheques will not be accepted . Quotations opening session will be at Action Against Hunger , Hebron Univer sity Street , Hebron on Sunday 29th September 2019 at 12 : 00 pm ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) . Action Against Hunger and Hebron Rehabilitaion Comittee are not obliged to accept the lowest price . Action Against Hunger and Hebron Rehabilitaion Comittee have the right to
postpone , cancel , extend or split the tender . • Preparation and newspaper announcement fees will be paid by the quotation
winner . • The prices excluding VAT and the contractor should issue Zero VAT invoice .
