Services for External Financial Audit Palestine Red Crescent Society Head Quarter intends to appoint the External Auditor as required by law and its internal ordinance for the financial audit of the financial statements of the society in the Palestinian Territory ( Gaza and The West bank ) , Lebanon , and Syria for the incoming financial years in accordance with the ordinance and applicable accounting and auditing standards . The society invites proposals from eligible accounting firms falling in highest standard for external financial audit . Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the purchasing manager ( Procurement and Contracts office ) and inspect the bidding documents at PRCS head quarter building located in Al Bierah , Ramallah - Jerusalem Street starting Wednesday September 25 through Wednesday October 02 , 2019 , 9 Am - 3Pm for a cost of NIS 100 not refundable .

Sealed technical and financial bids separately , in one envelop must be delivered at or before October 10 , 2019 till 2 Pm to the purchasing office at PRCS head quarter . Financial bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 5 % of the estimate price . Late bids shall be rejected . The central purchasing committee shall evaluate the technical proposal in the manner prescribed in the document without reference to the price and shall reject any proposal which does not conform to the specified requirement . The financial bids of technically accepted bids then will be evaluated and decision will be made . Tender documents will be available after publication in the daily local newspapers in the purchasing office . Tender advertizing expense for two days shall be paid by the hired auditing firm .
