Municipality of Rafah now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Completion of Improvement of Road No . 10 at Rafah Municipality . 1 . Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a
Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank ' s " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " July 2016 ( “ Procurement Regulations " ) , and is
open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 2 . Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Municipality of Rafah
5 . Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Municipality of Rafah , Project Design and Management Department , Eng . Mohamed Sarhan , Tel : 08 2145170 , Fax : 08 - 2145921 , and inspect the Bidding Documents at during office hours 8 : 00 A . M . to 01 : 00 P . M . from October 02 , 2019 to November 03 , 2019 at the address
given below . 3 . The submission of a written application to the address below and upon
payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 Dollar ( $ ) . The method of payment will be in a Cashier ' s Check or Direct deposit to Rafah Municipality , account number ( 127999 ) in Bank of Palestine , Rafah Branch . Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 03 , 2019 , 12 : 00 noon . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on
November 03 , 2019 - 12 : 00 noon . 5 . All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 6 , 000 USD ( $ ) and shall be
valid for 118 days after bid closing date . 6 . Grant is VAT included , bidders to price with VAT . 7 . A Site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : Contractors are invited to attend the site visit
which will be held on Thursday : October 24 , 2019 at 10 : 00 A . M . , the pre - bid meeting shall be held at Municipality of Rafah at the address given below after
