Ministry of Local Government ( MoLG ) in coordination Palestinian Energy & Natural Resources Au hority ( PENRA ) with now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified applicants ( Specialized as Electrical - Grade 2 or above as per the updated dassification of National Classification Committee ) ; with experience in installation and Operation of Photo Voltaic System to submit a price quotation for ( Sapply and Installation of Photo Voltaic System in Marj Ghazal On - Grid PV Plant with capacity of 140 KWp ) ) according to the RFQ documents This invitation is open for all potential eligible Contractors / Companies according to the eligibility criteria of applicants In the RFQ documents . A complete set of RFQ documents can be obtained from Ministry of Local Government - against non - refundable bid fees of 100 Euros to be paid at Bank of Palestine , account number ( 219000 / 26 ) - at the address below , between 9 October - 20 October 2019 ( Sunday to Thursday from 8 : 00 - 15 : 00 local time ) The winner of the RFQ will pay the advertising fees .
