No . : EQA - GSD / IMELS / 2019 / 129 Date issued October 9th , 2019 The Government of Palestine represented by the Environment Quality Authority ( EQA ) has received financing from the Italian Ministry for Environments " IMLES " for Revision and updating of Palestine National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan ( NBSAPP ) and Preparation of the Sixth National Report on Biological Diversity . EQA intends to apply part of the grant for Individual onsultant / Firms services under the contract titled " Revision and updating of the Palestine National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan ( NBSAPP ) and Preparation of the Sixith National Report on Biological Diversity " . The EQA invites eligible individual consultants / Firms to indicate their interest providing the services . Intersted consultants / Firms must provide information indication that they are qualified to perform the services ( CV , cover letter indicating the duty station " Ramallah " , and other supporting documents ) Applications must be submitted to the Genearal Supply Department at Ministry of Finance and Planning no latre than 10 : 30 am . On Tuesday 12 of November 2019 to the following address and sealed in an envelope as below : " Revision and updating of the Palestine National Biodiversity Strategy and Action plan ( NBSAPP ) and Preparation of the Sixth National Report to the CBD ' The consultant will provide the services described in Expression of Interest available at the following link : www . gs . pmof . ps .
