Request for Proposal ( RFP )

Program name and description MEII , in collaboration with the Swedish International Development Agency ( Sida ) , is considering to establish a new loan guarantee facility and technical assistance program for renewable energy and energy efficiency equipment ( REF ) in Palestine . The objective of the REF will be to support SME access to finance to Invest in renewable energy equipment , in addition to promoting the benefits of investing in renewable energy technologies to engage the local community .

Overall objectives MEII is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a renewable energy and energy efficiency market needs assessment in Palestine .

Eligibility All local and international consultants with renewable energy and energy efficiency experience , including experience related to economic empowerment , poverty reduction via REF are welcome to submit a proposal .

Interested consultants are expected to include a CV and section highlighting their experience with the sector .

Previous work experience and / or consulting assignments that are similar or relevant to this RFP should be included as annexes to the proposal .

Deadline for submitting the RFP November 07 , 2019 .
