Tender for the supply of Audio Visual Material Development and Production . The Arab Forum for Education Sexuality and Reproductive Health ( Muntada ) is implementing a project to Promote Reproductive and Sexual Health Rights among the Palestinian Society Those who wish to apply for the tender can obtain a copy of the tender from the Muntada headquarters detailed below : The tender shall be submitted to Muntada in a sealed envelope entitled : Audio Visual Material Development and Production . General Terms and Conditions : 1 . The Muntada is not bound by the lowest prices and has the
right to cancel the tender without giving reasons . 2 . Muntada is not obliged to accept the lowest prices and it has
the right to cancel the tender without giving reasons . 3 . All prices are in the New Israeli Shekel ( NIS ) and inclusive
of VAT or Income Tax . Prices are inclusive of all taxes , so the supplier must provide a tax invoice with a valid source of deduction certificate ( if not available , a 10 % discount will be deducted from the total amount . If the quotation is submitted by a consultant , the Muntada will deduct the income tax by 5 % of the total . The supplier assumes all responsibility if he / she submits a quotation and is unable to issue tax invoices or brings a valid
source of deduction certificate for the invoice period . 6 . Those wishing to participate in this tender should attach
proof of their experience and ability to execute the project . Muntada will request from the supplier - who is awarded the tender - , a bank guarantee ( certified bank check or bank guarantee , at 10 % of the bid price , which will be approved as a final amount in the agreement , valid for a period of time . The offer is valid for at least 90 days from the deadline for
submitting offers . 9 . The supplier shall comply with the general and special
conditions in the tender 10 . Cost of the advertisement for bid in newspapers will be paid
by the winning bidder . 11 . Completed proposal documents are due to be submitted via
a sealed envelope no later than Thursday , 17th of October 2019 before 03 : 00 p . m . And price offers received after that
