Ministry of Local Government ( MoLG ) in coordination Palestinian Energy & Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) . now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified applicants ( Specialized as Electrical - Grade 2 or above as per the updated dassification of National Classification Committee ) : with experience in Installation and Operation of Photo Voltaic System to submit a price quotation for ( Electricity Network Upgrade in Marj Na ' ja , Al Zheidat , and Marj Ghazal ) according to the RFO documents . This invitation is open for all potential eligible Contractors / Companies according to the eligibility criteria of applicants in the RFQ documents . A complete set of RFQ documents can be obtained from Ministry of Local Government against non - refundable bid fees of 100 Euros to be paid at Bank of Palestine , account number ( 219000 / 26 ) - at the address below , between 14 October - 27 October 2019 ( Sunday to Thursday from 8 : 00 - 15 : 00 local time ) The winner of the RFQ will pay the advertising fees .
