1 . The Palestinian Federation of Industries has received funds from the Agence Française de
Développement ( the French Development Agency ) towards the cost of PUMP . It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to the commissioning of a MARKETING AND SALES CAMPAIGN FOR FIVE FOOD SECTOR SMES IN GAZA STRIP .

2 . The Palestinian Federation of Industries now invites sealed tenders from
organisations for a Marketing and sales training .
3 . Interested eligible " consultants ” may obtain further information at the office of Palestinian
Federation of Industries at Holland Street - Anas Malik BLDG - AlBireh - Palestine Tel : 02 - 2410505 , Fax : 02 - 2410504 Email : procurement @ pump - pfi . ps and inspect the TOR , RFP and other documentation between the hours of 8 : 00 to 16 : 00 . Quoting the above title and reference in all communications .
4 . The provisions in the Instructions to Tenderers and in the General Conditions of Contract
are the provisions of the Agence Française de Développements the selection of consultant will be through the Quality and Cost based selection method ( QCBS ) . PUMP will consider proposals for the MARKETING AND SALES CAMPAIGN FOR FIVE FOOD SECTOR SMES IN GAZA STRIP tender from Individuals , consulting firms , organizations
( packaging centers ) , or consortia , either of local or international origins 5 . Tenders must be delivered to the above office on or before 14 : 00 on 24h October 2019 and
must be accompanied by Bid Security ( Bank Guarantee ) equal to 5 % of the price offer
6 . Tenders will be opened in public and in the presence of those tenderers ' representatives
who choose to attend at 12 : 00 on 28th October 2019 at the above offices
7 . Qualification criteria are as follows : competitive method Quality and Cost based selection
method ( QCBS ) - below . Additional details will be provided with the ToR and RFP .
Proposals to be submitted in two envelopes , technical and financial . In the first stage technical envelopes will be opened and evaluated out of 100 . Those securing less than minimum qualifying score will be rejected and the financial envelopes of the remainder will opened at the second stage . The financial proposal will be scored based on their amounts compared to the lowest proposal . The consultant with best technical and financial weighted score shall be selected .
