The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) has received a grant from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation " SDC " towards the cost De velopment the Marginalized Communities in West Bank and Gaza » . This project is located under the umbrella of the Development of Area C / West Bank » funded by the SDC . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) as an implementation agency intends to use part of the grand for the Construction of new Elementary School in Keesan Village - Bethlehem Governorate . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of this grant for the benefit of Keesan Village to payments under the contract for procurement of " Construction of new Elementary School in Keesan Village - Bethlehem Governorate » . No . SDC - West Bank - KSN - 01 for the benefit of Keesan Village Council 1 . Keesan Village Council now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bid
ders for carrying out " Construction of Elementary School in Keesan " . 2 . Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding ( NCB )
procedures specified in the MDLF Procurement Manual which is based on the World Bank ' s Guidelines and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Coun
tries , as defined in the Bidding Documents . 3 . Qualifications requirements are presented in the Biding Documents . 4 . Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Joint Service
Council for Planning and development - East Bethlehem and inspect the Bid ding Documents at the address given below from 8 : 00 am to 1 : 00 pm from 04 11 2019 to 30 V11 ( 2019 . A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interest ed bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non - refundable fee of 200 Euro or Equivalent . The method of payment will be in a Cashier ' s Check or Direct deposit to Joint Service Council for Planning and development - East Bethlehem number ( 7185 / Arab Bank ) . and development - East Bethlehem . 6 . Grant is VAT included , bidders to price with VAT . 7 . A site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : Contractors are invited to attend the site visit
which will be held on 18 / 11 / 2019 at 10 : 00 am , the pre - bid meeting shall be held
at Keesan Village Council . | 8 . Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid closing and must be accom
panied by a bid security of 15 , 000 EURO and shall be valid for 118 days after bid closing date . Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12 : 00 noon , 03 / 12 / 2019 .
