Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) Grant No . : P121648 / AFD CPS 1040 Project Name : Supply of Solid Waste Containers and Spare Parts for Routing System - Phase II 1 . The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian Authority ( PA ) , has received financ ing in the amount of US $ 29 . 76 Million from the World Bank - International Development Association ( IDA ) , the French Development Agency ( AFD ) , and the European Union ( EU ) towards the cost of the Gaza Solid Waste Management Project ( GSWMP ) . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) , as the del egated implementing agency , intend to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under the Contract for Supply of Solid Waste Containers and Spare Parts for Routing System - Phase II , Ref . 2 . 1 . 1 . 19 for the benefit of Joint Service Council for Khan Younis , Rafah and Middle Area ( JSC - KRM ) . 2 . MDLF now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for carrying out Supply of Solid Waste
Containers and Spare Parts for Routing System - Phase II . 3 . Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding ( NCB ) procedure specified in the
World Bank Procurement Guidelines and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries , as defined
