Action Against Hunger tackles the causes and effects of hunger and diseases that threaten the lives of vulnerable children , women and men . Established in France in 1979 , Action Against Hunger is a nongovernmental , non - politi cal , non - religious , non - profit organization . Action Against Hunger has been working in the Palestinian Territory since 2002 . Action Against Hunger , would like to invite eligible contractors to submit their price offers for the Rehabilitation & construction work of sanitation units South of West Bank Reference ( PI - HB - 01 207 ) according to the following conditions : • Eligible contractor should be registered with the VAT and customs depart
ment and has the ability to provide Zero VAT invoice to Action Against Hunger with their VAT Number registration and financial clearance cer tificate . Eligible contractor can obtain quotation request documents from Action Against Hunger - Hebron office - Hebron University Street , Bilal Maraqa Building 4th floor - starting from Thursday , November 28th , 2019 at 12 : 00 pm ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) . The last day to distribute quo tation requests documents is on Monday , 9th December 2019 at 12 : 00 ( lo cal time of the Palestinian Territory , Office hours are from 8 : 00am until 16 : 00pm - Sunday to Thursday . A clarification meeting and site visit attendance will be considered one of the scoring criteria stated in the quotation , whereas it will be held on Thursday 5th of December 2019 at Action Against Hunger Hebron office , Hebron University Street , Bilal Maraqa , 4th floor at 10 : 00 am ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) Interested contractors on the aforementioned quotation should provide Action Against Hunger with all requested docu ments before having the quotation dossier . Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope no later than Tuesady 10th December 2019 at 11 : 00 am ( local time of the Palestin ian Territory ) attached with bank guarantee valid for 90 calendar days start ing from the date of submission ; personal cheques will not be accepted . Quotations opening session will be at Action Against Hunger , Hebron Uni versity Street , Hebron on Tuesday 10th October 2019 at 12 : 00 pm ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) .
Action Against Hunger is not obliged to accept the lowest price . • Action Against Hunger has the right to postpone , cancel , extend or split the
quotation request and to award the lots to different contractors . • Preparation and newspaper announcement fees will be paid by the quota
tion winner . The prices excluding VAT and the contractor should issue Zero VAT in voice .
