Interested candidates can obtain tender document and the list of items free of charge from the Procurement Department , at the premises of the Hospital in Shaikh Jarrah - Jerusalem , or by sending an email to Procurement @ sjeh . org no later than Thurs day 5 / 12 / 2019 at 02 : 00 P . M . Kindly note that the last day for bid offer submissions is Thursday 12 / 12 / 2019 at 02 : 00 P . M . by hand to the above mentioned address . General Notes : • Bids are to be offered in a sealed envelope . • The Hospital is not obliged to accept the lowest price . • Prices should be offered in NIS Shekel ( n ) and Vat inclusive . • Prices shall include delivery fees to the Main Hospital and
