Save the Children launched a Nutrition / Construction project titled " Construction of additional floor at Ard El Insan Health Clinic " which aims to strengthen the centre ' s capacity and provide essen tial services to vulnerable communities in Gaza City . Save the Children invites all contractors classified in Buildings Constructions , categories 1 , 2 & 3 by the Palestinian Contractors Union for submitting a tender for the construction of additional floor at Ard El Insan Health Clinic - Gaza .
