Invitation for Bids Laboratory equipment for 3 SME ' s in West Bank - Activity # 6 bis Date : 24th December 2019 Name of Country : Palestine Name of Project : Palestinian Upgrading & Modernization Program ( PUMP ) IFB No : 6 bis - 2019

1 . The Palestinian Federation of Industries has received funds from the Agence
Française de Développement ( the French Development Agency ) towards the cost of PUMP . It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be ap plied to eligible payments and Bidders may bid for one or several contracts as further defined in the bidding document . Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so provided
those discounts are included in the Bid Submission Form . 2 . The Palestinian Federation of Industries now invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the procurement of laboratory equipment ' s for 3 SME ' s in West
Bank ( 1 Lot ) ( “ the Goods " ) . 3 . Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect
the Bidding Documents at the office of Palestinian Federation of Industries at Holland Street - Anas Malik BLDG - AlBireh - Palestine Tel : 02 - 2410505 , Fax : 02 - 2410504 Email : procurement @ pump - pfi . ps , and inspect the Bidding
Documents between the hours of 8 : 00 to 16 : 00 . 4 . A complete set of Bidding Documents may be ordered by interested bidders on
the submission of a written application to the above 5 . The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of
Contract are the provisions of the Agence Française de Développements Bid
ding Documents for Procurement of Goods . 6 . Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 14 : 00 on 29th Decem
ber 2019 and must be accompanied by Performance Security ( Bank Guarantee )
equal to 1 % of the price offer 7 . Bids will be opened in public and in the presence of bidders ' representatives
who choose to attend at 12 : 00 in 30th December 2019 at the above offices 8 . Qualification criteria are as follows : competitive method is Least Cost Based
Selection ( LCS ) . Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents .
