The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) has received a grant from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation " SDC " towards the cost " Development the Marginalized Communities in West Bank and Gaza " . This project is located under the umbrella of the " Development of Area C / West Bank " funded by the SDC . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) as an implementation agency intends to use part of the grand for the Rehabilitation of Internal roads in Um Al Khair Village - Hebron Governorate . " The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of this grant for the benefit of Um Al Khair Village to payments under the contract for procurement of Rehabilitation of Internal roads in Um Al Khair Village - Hebron Governorate . " . No . SDC - West Bank - UAK - 01 for the benefit of Um Al Khair Village Council . 1 . Um Al Khair Village now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for carrying out " Rehabilitation of Internal
roads Project in Um Al Khair Village " 2 . Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement NCB using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in
the World Bank ' s " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " January 2017 ( * Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open
to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 3 . Qualifications requirements are presented in the Biding Documents . 4 . Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Um Al Khair Village Council , Um Al Khair Village Coun
cil , tel . + 972 594103181 and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below at 8 : 00AM to 2 : 00PM from 18
01 - 2020 to 15 - 02 - 2020 . 5 . A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written
Application to the address below and upon payment of a non - refundable fee 200 Euro . The method of payment will be in a Cashier ' s Check or Direct deposit to Um - Alkhair Village Council bank account ( NO : 200782 ) Jordan Ahli Bank . Al Kabeer - Yatta - Hebron . 6 . Grant is VAT included bidders to price with VAT . 7 . A site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : Contractors are invited to attend the site visit , which will be held on Monday ( 03 - 02 - 2020 )
at 11 : 00 AM , the pre - bid meeting shall be held at Um - Alkair Village council Building / after finishing site visit at Um Al
Khair Village 8 . Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 after Bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of 5 , 000 Euro and shall be
valid for 1 / 8 days after bid closing date . 9 . Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12 : 00 noon at 17 - 02 - 2020 . Electronic bidding shall not be permit
ted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to
