The Tender is open to Local Palestinian Contractors have to be registered in the Palestinian Contractors Union as Grade 1 ( Construction , Roads , Water & Sewerage ) . The average finan cial annual turn - over of the past 5 ( five ) years must be equal or exceed EUR 4 . 0 million . Tender Documents can be collected from the Contracting De partment , Nablus Municipality , starting from 20 January 2020 upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 1 , 500 NIS . The pre - bid meeting will take place on 12 February 2020 at 10 : 00 a . m . followed by a site visit . Bids shall be submitted to the Contracting Department , Nablus Municipality on Wednesday 11 March 2020 before 12 : 00 a . m . Each Bid shall be accompanied with a Bid Security of 100 , 000 Euro ( One Hundred Thousand Euro ) valid for 180 days after the dead line for the submission of the Bids , and to be delivered to the address below :
