( SRS ) & Case Management System ( CMS ) for the Seven Targeted Directories Grant No . : P160674 RFB Reference No . : GZ - MOSD - 31936 - GO - RFB - TF A05359 1 - The Palestinian Liberation Organization has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Social protection Enhancement Project ( SPEP ) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Supply of IT Equipment Needed for the Development of SRS and CMS for the Seven Targeted Directories .
2 - The Ministry of Social Development ( MOSD ) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Sup ply of IT Equipment Needed for the Development of SRS and CMS for the Seven Targeted Directories . The bid is comprised of the following Five Lots :

3 - Bidders may Bid for one or several contracts , as further defined in the request for bids document . Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so ; provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid . 4 - Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank ' s " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " dated July , 2016 ( * * Procure ment Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 5 - Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Social Development ( MOSD ) , Ibtisam Al Husari - SPEP / Project Manager - mobile : 0599395194 or Mona Abu Awad - SPEP / Procurement Specialist - mobile : 0598624661 and inspect the bidding document during office hours 9 : 00 am to 03 : 00 pm ( from Sunday to Thursday ) at the address given below . 6 - The bidding document in English may be obtained by interested Bidders Free of charge and will be available in Ministry of Social Development ( MOSD ) headquarter . 7 - Bids must be delivered in sealed envelope to the address below on or before 12 : 00 noon on 23 Febru ary , 2020 . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 12 : 00 noon on 23 February , 2020 . 8 - All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of :
