NAME OF PROJECT : Technical Assistance to the Program Coordination Unit for Implementation of the Rolling Program of Interventions for Additional Supply of Water for the Gaza Strip ( TA - G - PCU ) – phase II . Contract No . : PWA / ADA / 2020 / 002 - CTD

1 . Palestinian Water Authority ( PWA ) has received financing from the Austrian Development Agency ( ADA ) , ( the Donor ) under the project " Technical Assistance to the Program Coordination Unit for Implementation of the Rolling Program of Interventions for Additional Supply of Water for the Gaza Strip " ( TA - G - PCU ) - Phase II . The PWA , through the Gaza Project Coordination Unit ( G - PCU ) intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services to develop Integrated Nexus Strategy for Water , Energy and Agriculture in the Gaza Strip . The consulting services include seeking the services of a consultancy fim ( consultant ) to provide consulting services on developing Integrated Nexus Strategy for Water , Energy and Agriculture in the Gaza Strip . The overall objective of this study is to establish a multi - sector strategic approach in the form of developing an integrated nexus strategy between Water , Energy and Agriculture in the Gaza Strip , in harmony with the National determined contributions / United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change ( UNFCCC ) . 2 . PWA now invites the qualified consultants with a strong management background in the field of Integrated Nexus Strategy for Water , Energy and Agriculture in the Gaza Strip . to provide their proposal for the following consulting services : develop Integrated Nexus Strategy for Water , Energy and Agriculture More details on the Services are provided in the Request for Proposals ( RIP ) .
3 . A complete set of RFP documents in English may be collect by interested Consultants starting from 18 of February 2020 from Central Tendering Department ( CTD ) at the address below . and upon the payment of a non - refundable fee of 200 NIS ( Two hundred sheqels ) . The method of payment will be Bank Deposit to the PWA account number Bank of Palestine , , Palestine , Account No . : 219000 / 79 The last date to get RFP documents on Tuesday 03 / 03 / 2020 . 4 . Clarifications : The last date for clarifications will be on Sunday , 08 March 2020 , and the last date for answering the clarifications will be on Thursday , 12 March 2020 . 5 . A fim will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection ( QCBS ) method . And procedures described in this RFP . 6 . Bid shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of tender opening , and must be accompanied by bid security of Two Thousand ( 2 , 000 ) EURO valid for a period of 120 days from the date of opening tenders 7 . Bids must be delivered to the Central Tendering Department ( Sealed envelope ) at the address 2 shown below on or before 12 : 00pm local time on Wednesday 182020 / 03 / .
