Ref # 8 - 2020 The Union of Agricultural Work Committees ( UAWC ) within the project " Innovation and ICT sector Development as tool for Development and Pros perity " Pal - 000114501 Funded by United Nations Development and Pro gramme UNDP , are announces a bid to Supply & installation of computer ized irrigation system . Those who are interested in applying for the mentioned tenders should re ceive the tender ' s documents forms from one of UAWC ' s offices in Ramal lah , Nablus , Hebron , and Jericho for a sum of 100 $ non - refundable " for each copy " , between 8 : 30 a . m . and 3 : 00 p . m , starting from 16 / 2 / 2020 ( Fri day and Saturday are official days off ) until 20 / 2 / 2020 . The bids shall be returned to UAWC ' s office - Ramallah , no later than 23 / 2 / 2020 , at 10 : 00 p . m . The bids will be opened on 23 / 2 / 2020 starting from 1 : 00 in UAWC ' s Ramallah Office . Notes : 1 . The advertisment fees should be paid by the winner bidder . 2 . Bidders should provide a valid deduction at source & the regestiration
certificate . 3 . Tenderers should provide a valid deduction from source & the registra
tion certificate . The winner should provide a vat exempted invoice . 4 . The Bidding Committee is not restricted or restrained to accept the low
est prices . 5 . The bidder should obtain a certified bank guarantee or bank check equals
to 5 % of the offered bid , this guarantee must remain valid for 90 days after the deadline for submission of tenders , personal cheques will not be accepted , otherwise the tender will be neglected .
