Palestine Health System Resiliency Strengthen Project ( HSRSP ) Grant No . : TF018986 Supply of Essential Medical Equipment Reference No . : MOH - WB / G12
1 . The Palestine Liberation Organization for the benefit of the Palestinian Authority has received financing from
the International Development Association toward the cost of the Health System Resiliency Strengthening Project , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Essential Medical Equipment .
2 . The Ministry of Health now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply of Essential Medical
Equipment .
3 . Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World
Bank ' s Guidelines : Procurement of Goods , Works and Non - Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers dated January 2011 ( revised July 2014 ) ( “ Procurement Guide lines " ) , and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines . In addition , please refer to paragraphs 1 . 6 and 1 . 7 setting forth the World Bank ' s policy on conflict of interest .
4 . Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Health / Project Management Unit

5 . A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders
upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non - refundable fee of 100 USD . Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11 : 00 am , TUESDAY , MARCH 17 , 2020 . Elec tronic bidding will not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 11 : 00 am , TUESDAY , MARCH 17 , 2020 .
6 . All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 3 % of the bid price . The bid security shall be valid for
twenty - eight ( 28 ) days beyond the original validity period of the bid , or beyond any period of extension if
