INVITATION FOR TENDER Contract JSCSWM - 01 - Construction , Completion and Maintenance of
Ramallah Transfer Station
The Joint Service Council for Solid Waste Management ( JSCSWM ) - Ramallah and Al Bireh Governorate hereinafter referred to as " the Client ” , intends using part of the proceeds of a financial contribution from the German Financial Cooperation through the German De velopment Bank ( KfW ) , hereinafter referred to as “ KfW ” , towards the cost of Solid Waste Management Ramallah / Al Bireh project . The Client invites firms and consortia to tender for the following contract , hereinafter referred to as " the Contract " , to be funded from part of the proceeds of the financial contribution : Contract JSCSWM - 01 - Construction , Completion and Maintenance of Ramallah Transfer Station . Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a financial contribution from the KfW is open to firms and joint ventures from Palestine Territories . A Non - Palestinian contractor may enter into a Consortium , Joint Venture or other form of legally binding association with a Palestinian contractor , who satisfies the below requirements for Palestinian contractors Without limiting , the main qualification criteria are summarized as follows : ( a ) Legal address in Palestinian Territories and legal registration for tax purposes with the
Palestinian Ministry of Finance ( b ) Qualified by the National Committee for Contractors ' Classification under the 1st class . ( c ) Adequate average annual turnover ( d ) Experience in execution of similar projects ( e ) Adequate access to or availability of financial resources such as liquid assets , lines of
credit etc . ( f ) Soundness of the applicant ' s financial position , showing long term profitability Tender documents can be obtained from the office at the address below upon payment of a non refundable fee of NIS 1 , 200 only .
