PROCUREMENT NOTICE INTERNATIONAL INVITATION FOR TENDERS KHALED AL - HASSAN CANCER HOSPITAL
PROJECT
The Palestinian Investment Fund ( PIF ) ( hereinafter referred to as " the Borrower " ) has applied for a loan from the European Investment Bank - EIB ( hereinafter referred to as " the Bank " ) - towards the cost of the ( the Construction of the Substructure of Khaled Al - Hassan Cancer Hospital ) . This International Invitation for Tenders relates to the contract for [ Khaled Al - Hassan Cancer Hospital - Substructure Works Package ) .
This contract will include but not limited to the following in this Call For Tender : Substructure Package : • Mobilization and demobilization • Excavation and earthworks • Disposal of excavated material • Bacfilling as necessary . Raft foundation • Basement & Retaining Walls • Grade Slab • MEP First Fix
This contract is expected to be implemented within ( 365 ) calendar days from the commencement date . The criteria to be used in the tender evaluation are stated in the Instruction to Tenderers ( ITT ) . The tender evaluation shall be based on the lowest price of the compliant and technically responsive tenders . All firms are invited to participate in the tender .
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address : Al - Ersal District , Amaar Tower , Floor 11 , Ramallah , Palestine , Tel : + 970 - 2 - 2983560 , email - proc @ nccps . A complete set of Bidding Documents may be obtained from the above address , free of charge . On request , the Bidding Documents may be sent by courier service if the transport is previously ordered by the Bidder in his country . The Borrower bears no responsibility for the delivery in such a case . A Bid Security of ( US $ 250 , 000 ) fulfilling the conditions indicated in the Bidding Documents must accompany all bids .
All bids must be delivered in closed envelopes bearing the mention " Bid for the Construction of the Substructure of Khaled Al - Hassan Cancer Hospital " not later than [ Monday : 6 - April - 2020 at 12 : 00 PM Palestine , Ramallah time ) at the following address : Al - Ersal District , Amaar Tower , Floor 11 , Ramallah , Palestine . Technical Envelopes of the Bids will be opened immediately in the presence of Bidders ' representatives who choose to attend .
A Pre - bid meeting and a site visit shall be held at the project site on ( Monday : 9 - March - 2020 at 12 : 00 PM Palestine , Ramallah time ) for all Bidders ' representatives who choose to attend . Gathering shall be at the project site in Surda , Ramallah . Financial Envelopes of the Bids are expected to be opened on Sunday : 3 - May - 2020 at 12 : 00 PM Palestine , Ramallah time ) in the presence of Bidders ' representatives who choose to attend .
