Providing Owner Engineering Services for Solar Projects
1 . Massader ( " MASSADER or Employer " ) the development arm of the Palestine Investment Fund
( " PIF " ) , a company registered in the State of Palestine , is currently implementing a national program of rolling our utility scale and rooftop solar PV systems all over Palestine . . As a master developer of the project , Massader scope in this project includes the development , finance , design , engineering , procurement , construction , testing & commissioning , ownership , and operations and maintenance of those installed solar PV systems . MASSADER intends to qualify a number of experienced consultancy firms based on specified qualification criteria which is explained in this document , as a result of RFEOI the qualified firms will receive RFP to provide the entitled services .

You are invited to express your interest ( EOI ) to be shortlisted , and to participate in the intended competition , to deliver the above - mentioned services .

5 . The EOI should be prepared in the required format , and include the following :
