WW - GVC would like to invite you to submit your price quotation ( s ) for Supply of mobile latrines in ( Atuf ( 7 ) - Tubas Governo rate ) . ( Ein Ayoub ( 13 ) and ( 14 ) in Wadi Salman - Ramallah Governorate ) in Area C , according to the terms and conditions in the tender documents . Please note the following : • This invitation is an integral part of the tender document and must be
stamped and submitted with tender documents ; • Tenderers should submit a valid source of deduction certificate ; • Price must be in United States Dollars ( USD ) excluding VAT , and the
tenderer should submit VAT - Excluded invoices ; Prices shall be valid for 90 calendar days starting from date of the tender submission ; Tenders evaluation committee is not obligated to accept the lowest
price without giving any justifications ; • Tender evaluation committee has the right to extend or eliminate or
relaunch the tender without giving any justifications and without re imbursing the tenderers ; Costs incurred by the tenderer in preparing and submitting the tenders will not be reimbursed ; The tender document must be signed and stamped and submitted by hand to WW - GVC tubas Office Awwad Building , 2nd Floor , Governo rate roundabout in a sealed envelope addressed and submitted to WW GVC On or before Wednesday 8th April 2020 @ 12 : 00 O ' clock , note : Late bids will be rejected The tenderer must submit a tender guarantee . The tender guarantee
must be for an amount of 5 % of the amount of the offered price . • Newspaper fees will be charged on the winner Tenderer .
